Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for general admission, subject to capacity. Guided tours and group visits must be booked in advance. We recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred date and time.
Can I re-enter on the same day?
Yes. Your ticket or member card allows unlimited same-day re-entry. Simply retain your ticket stub or show your member card at the entrance.
Is photography permitted?
Personal photography is welcome throughout the museum for non-commercial use. Flash photography and tripods are not permitted in the galleries. Commercial photography requires prior written consent.
Are there discounts for school groups?
Yes. School groups of 10 or more receive a 30% discount on admission. Curriculum-linked guided tours are available for K–12 groups. Contact our education team to arrange.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your visit receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.
